OUR VISION
Stephen Pere is the Director of Magnacoat. Stephen has been working in the service industry for the past 25 years.
He purchased a Dampproofing/Waterproofing company where he gained a tremendous amount of knowledge on practical procedures and applications of painting and dampproofing.
For the past 10 years Steve decided to focus predominantly on Residential, Commercial painting and dampcure.
We specialize in penetrating damp arising from problems with Dpc in doorframes, windows and window cills. We use Safeguard chemicals to replaster areas that have had damp walls.
Plastering work and crack repairs are also undertaken.
He supervises and oversees that the work is done to specification. We use the best quality materials and have access to technical experts who will advise us or come on to the site should the necessity arise.
Magnacoat has a reputation of excellent service which has resulted in the majority of business being received via referrals.
